WebVideoLooper is a web-based tool that allows users to loop playback between a selected A–B section of a video. The Service supports YouTube videos via official embed players and local video files stored on the user's device. The Service does not download, store, or redistribute video content. Local video files are processed entirely within your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Conditions of Use

• Users must comply with all applicable laws.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any video content.
• The Service may be used for lawful personal, educational, or commercial purposes.
